Five Fox Creative Dashboard
The Five Fox Creative Dashboard is a performance-analytics application used by SIA Five Fox Media and the clients it works with. It brings a brand’s paid and organic marketing performance into one place — across TikTok, Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google — so teams can see which creatives and posts perform best and report on them clearly.
How the TikTok integration works
A TikTok account owner (or an agency team member acting on that account’s behalf) chooses to connect their account using TikTok’s official Login Kit. TikTok shows the standard consent screen, and access is granted only after the account owner approves it. The dashboard then reads that account’s own profile information and own video insights and displays them back to the account owner and the team managing the account. The connection can be revoked at any time, from within TikTok or by disconnecting the account in the dashboard.
The dashboard is read-only with respect to TikTok: it never posts, comments, messages, follows, or changes anything on the connected account. It only retrieves analytics for display.

We request only what is needed to produce analytics for a connected account. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising targeting or share it with third parties except the infrastructure providers that run the service on our behalf. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
Who it is for
The Creative Dashboard is a private, internal tool for SIA Five Fox Media and the brands it provides marketing services to. Access requires an account, and each connected TikTok profile is only visible to the account owner and the Five Fox Media team responsible for it.
