Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how SIA Five Fox Media (“Five Fox Media”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, stores and protects information in the Five Fox Creative Dashboard (the “Service”), including information we access from TikTok with the account owner’s consent. Five Fox Media is the data controller for this information and is registered in Latvia. Contact: martins@fivefox.media.

Information we collect

• Account data. The name, email address and role of users we create accounts for, used to sign in to the Service.
• TikTok data (with your consent). When a TikTok account owner connects their account through TikTok’s Login Kit, we access, read-only and for that account only: public profile information (user.info.profile — display name, avatar, bio, profile link), account statistics (user.info.stats — follower, following, likes and video counts), and the account’s own video list and engagement metrics (video.list — views, likes, comments, shares). We access this only after you approve TikTok’s consent screen.
• Meta and Google advertising data. For brands we provide marketing services to, we access advertising and organic performance data from Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google via their official APIs, under the permissions granted by the account owner.
• Technical data. Standard logs (such as timestamps and error diagnostics) needed to operate and secure the Service.

How we use information

• To display profile, audience and content-performance analytics back to the connected account’s owner and the Five Fox Media team responsible for it.
• To produce creative and performance reports for the brands we work with.
• To operate, secure, maintain and improve the Service.

We do not sell personal data. We do not use TikTok data for advertising targeting, and we do not build profiles of individuals other than the connected account’s own analytics. The Service never posts, comments, messages, follows or otherwise writes to a connected TikTok account.

Legal basis (EEA/UK)

Where the GDPR applies, we rely on your consent for connecting a TikTok account and accessing its data (which you may withdraw at any time), on the performance of a contract with the brands we serve, and on our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Service.

How we share information

We share information only with service providers that host and run the Service on our behalf — for example our cloud hosting and object-storage providers (DigitalOcean and Cloudflare) — under agreements that require them to protect it. We may disclose information if required by law. We do not otherwise share your information with third parties.

Data retention and deletion

We keep information only as long as needed to provide the Service. If you disconnect a TikTok account, or revoke access from your TikTok settings, we stop accessing its data and delete the cached data associated with that connection. You may also request deletion of your data at any time by emailing martins@fivefox.media; we will delete it within 30 days unless we are legally required to retain it.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data; object to or restrict certain processing; request portability; and withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data-protection authority (in Latvia, the Data State Inspectorate). To exercise any right, contact martins@fivefox.media.

Security

We protect information using access controls, encryption in transit, and encryption of stored access tokens. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to safeguard your data.

International transfers

Our providers may process data outside your country. Where required, such transfers are made under appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Children

The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under the age required to hold a TikTok account.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will change the effective date above when we do, and material changes will be communicated to account holders.
